Intervention

Chrysalis House strives to provide exemplary person-centered services from the moment a woman calls to inquire about services. Chrysalis House seeks to affirm the difficult decision and willingness an individual has in that moment when she determines that her substance use is no longer under her control.  As an agency, the goal is to provide support, education, referrals and empathy to acknowledge the first monumental step on the journey of recovery. Assessing for an individual’s strengths, needs, abilities and preferences begins with the completion of the screening to assist in planning for successful treatment at the first point of contact.

Substance abuse services, including appropriate placement of clients, their continued stay, transfer, and discharge recommendations are determined by applying the American Society of Addiction Medicine Patient Placement Criteria-Second Edition-Revised (ASAM PPC-2R)
