- Chrysalis House outpatient program for adult women with substance use disorders is located at 1589 Hill Rise Dr, Lexington, KY. Includes:
- Substance use and abuse assessments for adult women
- Individual and Group Sessions
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 7:30pm by appointment
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 7:30pm by appointment
Accepted forms of payment include Medicaid and self-pay with a sliding scale fee based on family household income.
